Our books are arranged on our shelves according to their main and sub-subjects within the Library of Congress Classification System. The arrangement of books in our book halls is as follows:

On both floors, we have catalog Scan System computers that can output a place number. After finding the book on the shelf, you can read it in our library or borrow it according to the following principles.

Borrowing Process
a) Borrow-İade Bank located on the ground floor of the library building or
b) It is carried out from K-Matik, located on the ground floor.
Borrowing Time Extension Process
a) From the Borrow-Return Bank,

c) K-Matik or
ç) My Account is performed on the web page.
If no other member requests for a reservation, the borrowed books may be extended no more than two (2) times.
Return Process
a) From the Borrow-Return Bank,

c) The RFID is carried out from the Smart Return System located at the entrance of the building.
Disclosure Process for the borrowed book

The borrowing time for the separated book cannot be extended. When returned, it is kept on the bookcase for the reader who requests a reservation for three (3) working days. During this period, the works that are not received are taken to their own shelves.
Considerations
a) Can not be borrowed books on behalf of another person.
b) The borrowed book cannot be transferred to another person.
Books that cannot be Borrowed
a) Reserve books (books reserved for easy access of all students at the request of our university's academic staff),
b) Unpublished master and doctoral theses,
c) Writing works and rare printed works,
ç) Application works (indication, directory, dictionary, encyclopedia etc.)
Penalties
a) Anyone who fails to return a borrowed book at the end of the loan period is liable to pay a late fee, determined by the University Board of Directors, for each day following the expiry of the loan period, without any further action required.
The late fee is 1 TL per day
b) A person who has been charged a late fee will not be allowed to borrow another book until they return the borrowed book and pay the accrued fee.
c) If the number of days for which a late fee has been charged exceeds ninety (90) days, a warning letter will be sent to the person regarding the return of the borrowed material. If the material is not returned within one month of the date of notification of the warning letter, action will be taken in accordance with the Higher Education Law No. 2547, the Civil Servants Law No. 657, and the Student Disciplinary Regulations of Higher Education Institutions. At the same time, the membership of such users will be permanently cancelled.
